- これは美味い。頭付き20cm超のハタハタなんて買えるとは思っていませんでした。一夜干しで塩加減も良く、グリルで焼いて、頭からパクリと行けます。巷のハタハタは、頭の無い金魚みたいのが多いので、こちらはおススメ出来ます。

- 大きいうなぎですが「タレ」「山椒」がついていません。そもそもタレはかかっているためとのこと。熊本では食べるときさらにタレはかけないのでしょうか？事前にタレの有無など記載されていると親切かなと思いました。未だ食べてませんが念のため別途タレと山椒を買ってこようと思います。
